Flexible scheduling is offered. Currently we have weekend and evening appointments available.
A standard 45-minute session is offered for individuals, children, & couples. Reduced fee services or "low fee slots" are available on a limited basis.
Aetna, Tricare, Magellan, Cigna, Blue Shield of CA, Anthem Blue Cross, and BlueCross/BlueShield BlueCard insurance plans are accepted at this time for some providers, as well as EAP programs. Most PPO plans with Out of Network benefits are also accepted. You may contact your insurance company to determine if our services are covered by your specific plan and the amount of your copay. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Other plans may have Out-of-Network benefits that you can also use to obtain treatment coverage. In this case, your insurance may be billed for you and you typically have a coinsurance instead of a copayment.
Know that submitting information to insurance does require authorization of personal health information specific to the treatment.
Cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and FSA/HSA are accepted in the office at the time of visit. Payment is expected at the time of service.
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you or your child. If you are unable to show up for your scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the No Show/Late Cancellation fee. The No Show/Late Cancellation fee is a standard fee of $75. Should you cancel within the 24 hour time frame and we are able to fill your exclusive appointment time that day, the fee will be waived.
