Licensed Psychologist

Hi, my name is More and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT113081).

Everyone faces difficulties that can be challenging to cope with by themselves. Sometimes we need a fresh point of view or someone who can help put things back on track. Every parent dream that their kids will be happy and successful but sometimes needs help understanding them and leading them on the journey. We might be struggling in our relationship with our partners, parents, kids, siblings, or coworkers. These relationships greatly influence our life satisfaction and happiness. That is why my goal is to help create a balanced and pleasant living environment for you and your loved ones and improve your communication skills to make your life happier.

I have worked with all family members for many years and continue to be passionate about it every day. I am here to guide you on a journey to understand yourself and your loved ones better and help you bring back the smile to your faces. Through a deep exploration of the struggles, family history, and relationships, we will develop awareness and learn tools to deal with the challenges you’re facing.

Clinical Experience

I started my professional career working with very young children and their families. I have worked with children with Neuro-developmental and emotional difficulties, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Social Communication Disorder (SCD) and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety disorders, attachment, and self-esteem issues. I have since expanded my scope of practice to include couples’ therapy and individual adult therapy.

I am experienced in child and adult therapy and couples’ therapy. My focus is relationships and their power to improve our well-being (inter-subjective approach). I use psychodynamic exploration (what causes the difficulty) with cognitive-behavioral techniques (how we can make it better) and The Gottman institute techniques for couples’ therapy.
