Clinical Experience

I specialize in trauma-informed care and have extensive experience working with individuals impacted by trauma, including Veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, children and teens, formerly incarcerated adults, and individuals living with serious mental illness. My therapeutic approach is evidence-based and trauma-focused, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), object relations therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)–informed strategies. I have completed foundational training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and introductory Internal Family Systems (IFS) courses, and I am committed to ongoing professional development. Additional training includes Skills for Psychological Recovery (SPR), attachment-focused trauma training, and Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) coursework. I am fluent in Russian, Belarusian, and German, and proficient in Spanish, which enables me to provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care to clients across diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and the Psi Chi Honor Society. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals in processing trauma, strengthening resilience, and promoting long-term healing through compassionate, ethical, and client-centered care.
