Hi, I’m a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT 159166), supervised by Theresa Martinez (LMFT 131771). I have a master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy from the California School of Professional Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.

I’m originally from Santa Cruz, but fell in love with San Diego after college and never left! In my free time I love to go to the beach, read, and spend quality time with my loved ones.

I previously worked in school and in-home settings through ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis). I have experience working with children, young adults, individuals, couples, and families and am passionate about creating a therapeutic space where my clients can be their authentic selves.

Clinical Experience

As a clinician, I have worked with clients who are experiencing ADHD, anger management, Anxiety, Autism (ASD), behavioral concerns, depression, trauma, and self-esteem concerns. The therapeutic methods that I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Systems, and Play Therapy. I approach therapy from a systemic lens and attachment theory framework, believing that each of us are a part of larger connected circles and relationships, with those being key to growth in our lives.

My goal is to have as much collaboration in therapy as possible, working together with clients to achieve their desired goals and bringing families together to enact solutions.
