I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, I offer a collaborative approach grounded in evidence-based practices to help you build resilience, regulate emotions, and reconnect with a sense of self-trust and clarity.

My work integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure for PTSD (DBT-PE), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. My style is warm, relational, and focused on helping you feel seen, heard, and empowered. I believe that healing doesn’t mean fixing what’s broken — it means nurturing what’s been silenced, and walking with you toward growth, insight, and meaningful change.
