I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT151682), certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specializing in trauma-focused treatment for adults who are navigating the lasting impact of difficult or overwhelming life experiences. I work with individuals experiencing PTSD, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, grief, and challenges related to life transitions and relationships.

My clinical approach is primarily grounded in DBT and DBT-PE (Prolonged Exposure for PTSD), integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Gestalt-informed practices. I focus on helping clients safely process traumatic experiences while simultaneously building skills to manage distress, regulate emotions, and strengthen present-day functioning.

I believe effective trauma treatment involves both stabilization and processing. In our work together, we focus on developing tools to help you feel more grounded and in control, while also addressing the impact of past experiences that continue to shape your current emotional and relational patterns. The goal is not just symptom reduction, but helping you reconnect with a sense of safety, agency, and self-trust.
