Supervised by Meredith Hanna, LMFT

I am a registered associate marriage and family therapist (AMFT147577), supervised by Meredith Hanna, LMFT (LMFT38770). I have two master’s degree’s Addiction Counseling and Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I believe in meeting clients where they are and tailoring my skills to address their unique needs, ensuring that each person feels seen, heard, and supported. By fostering safety, trust, and collaboration, I strive to build strong therapeutic relationships that empower clients to develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen their sense of self.

Clinical Experience

As a therapist, I have extensive experience working with a wide range of populations, from young children to older adults, including at-risk youth, LGBTQ+ individuals, those in polyamorous and alternative relationships, and severely mentally ill adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My clinical approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), while always working from a trauma-informed perspective.
