Hannah Schneider, LMFT
Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
Supervised by Gina Cabral, LMFT
Welcome! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT125354), supervised by Gina Cabral, LMFT (LMFT104556). I work with adults and moms who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted and want support finding their way forward.
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, work stress, parenting demands, or major life transitions. Sometimes clients come to therapy because something specific is happening in their lives, and other times it’s simply a sense that things don’t feel quite right anymore. Therapy can help you better understand what you’re going through and develop practical tools to start feeling more balanced and in control.
Clinical Experience
My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and psychodynamic principles to help you recognize patterns that may be contributing to stress or low mood while building practical strategies for meaningful change. We’ll work together to explore both present challenges and deeper patterns, while also focusing on your strengths and the progress that’s possible.
Clients often describe my style as supportive, empathetic, and collaborative. I aim to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly and begin making meaningful changes.
I began my career supporting children in school settings and now focus my work with adults navigating the pressures of everyday life. I especially enjoy working with moms as they manage the emotional and practical challenges of parenting while trying to maintain their own sense of identity and well-being.
I offer secure and convenient telehealth sessions to clients throughout California. Telehealth allows you to access therapy from the comfort of your own space, making it easier to fit support into a busy schedule. Many clients find that meeting from home helps them feel more relaxed and open during sessions.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure at first. My goal is to make the process feel comfortable, supportive, and tailored to your needs. If you’re ready to start feeling more supported, clear, and confident in your life, I’d love to connect with you.
