Hannah Schneider, AMFT
Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
Supervised by Gina Cabral, LMFT
Welcome! I am a Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT125354) supervised by Gina Cabral, LMFT (LMFT104556). If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next step, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I help adolescents, adults, and moms navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, parenting stress, life transitions, or just feeling “off,” therapy is a space where things can start to shift.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, I work with you to understand what’s getting in the way and help you build tools to create real, lasting change. Together, we’ll focus not just on what’s going wrong—but also on your strengths and what’s already working.
Clinical Experience
I began my career supporting children in school settings, and I bring that same grounded, supportive energy to my work with teens and adults today. I especially enjoy working with moms—supporting their mental health as they navigate the complexities of parenting, identity, and balance.
I offer secure, convenient telehealth sessions to clients anywhere in California, so you can access support from the comfort of your own space. If you’re ready to start feeling more empowered in your day-to-day life, I’d love to connect.
