Hi, my name is Isabelle, and I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, (AMFT145188) and a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC15916), supervised by Kathy Winship, LCSW (LCSW69759). I have obtained a Master of Science in Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from CSU Fullerton. As a therapist, I hope to provide a safe space for clients to be vulnerable and to build a strong therapeutic relationship.

Clinical Experience

My experience involves working with culturally diverse individuals and couples who struggle with various issues such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, self-esteem, stress management, and relationship issues. With adults, I explore your current issues, create connections to past experiences, and help you develop insight and awareness to figure out your path forward. With children, I use play therapy and art therapy as a means of expressing and processing emotions. I also utilize other evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness. My focus in working with couples is to strengthen the emotional bond and to foster a deeper understanding of one another by teaching structured communication skills. Stylistically, I am supportive, enthusiastic, warm, and hopeful, and I aim to create a safe and authentic relationship with every single one of my clients and invest in each client’s growth and healing.
