Jessica Orellana, LMFT
Registered Marriage & Family Therapist

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT153465) with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. As a proud Latina and Mexican American, I bring a culturally grounded and trauma-informed approach to the work I do. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where my clients feel heard, seen, and supported in their healing journey.

Clinical Experience

I have a deep passion for working with individuals navigating postpartum care and am currently pursuing my Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) certification to further support new parents during this important life transition. My experience also includes working with at-risk youth and supporting neurodiverse children and their families—insight that is enriched by my own lived experience as a mother to a child on the autism spectrum.

I’ve been connected to youth-focused work since I was young, and I continue to be inspired by the resilience and strength of the communities I serve. When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me recharging by camping or spending time outdoors with my family—my favorite form of self-care.
