I am a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC 23411), supervised by Virginia Gutman, LCSW (LCSW91804). My counseling approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, offering a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood and empowered. I believe healing happens through authentic relationship, emotional awareness, and developing self-trust. I also integrate trauma-informed, strengths-based and mindfulness approaches when helpful.

My goal is to provide a space where clients, families, and couples feel safe to explore their emotions, deepen connection, and move toward meaningful change.

Clinical Experience

I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting adolescents and emerging adults as they build identity, confidence, and coping skills during important developmental stages.

In addition to individual counseling, I have training in couples work using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) framework, with live supervision experience. This has strengthened by ability to understand relational patterns, attachment needs, and emotional cycles within close relationships.
