I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Southern California Seminary, and I am pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D.), blending academic excellence with a heartfelt commitment to client well-being.

Clinical Experience

Specializing in neurodiversity, mood disorders, personality disorders, and severe mental health challenges, I am dedicated to empowering clients to achieve resilience, independence, and meaningful growth. My therapeutic approach, rooted in existential principles, blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to create tailored, client-centered care. Known for fostering collaboration, I work closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and agencies to provide holistic support that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Outside the therapy room, I find joy in life’s simple connections: walking my two dogs, experimenting in the kitchen, and hosting lively BBQs with my spouse, two children, and cherished friends. These passions fuel my dedication to fostering growth, community, and authentic relationships in both my personal and professional life
