I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (AMFT162456) supervised by Olivia York, LMFT (LMFT140939) who believes therapy should be a space where you feel like you can be your authentic self while navigating life’s challenges. I work with individuals, couples, and families who may be navigating things like relationship difficulties, anxiety, and self-esteem. I especially enjoy working with adolescents, adults in the LGBTQ+ community. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are, feel comfortable being honest, and work together toward the changes you want to make.

Clinical Experience

My clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing trauma, relationship challenges, substance use and other stressful experiences. My approach to therapy is a blend of utilizing humanistic warmth, exploring relational patterns, and utilizing mindfulness-based interventions. Whether you are working through a difficult relationship, processing past experiences, adjusting to a new chapter in life, or simply feeling like you are not quite yourself, I want therapy to be a place where you can slow down and make sense of what is going on. My goal as a therapist is to help clients better understand themselves and their relationships, recognize the strengths they already have, and feel more confident in creating meaningful change in their lives.
