My name is Lauren Fernandez, and I am an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT#156907), supervised by Theresa Martinez, LMFT (LMFT131771).

As a clinician, I believe in fostering and implementing a safe and collaborative space for all my clients to be their authentic selves. I am passionate about advocating for the youth and families as they navigate through both challenging and rewarding transitions. Clinical Experience

I have experience working with highly diverse populations throughout school settings and in a community clinic. I had the opportunity to work with children, teens, and families as they face different challenges such as Depression, Anxiety, self-esteem concerns, difficulty with transitions, grief, and family conflict. My therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, and Humanistic principles, tailoring treatment to meet each child’s unique needs and strengths.
