Liz Gasca, AMFT
Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
Supervised by Shannel Ezedi, LPCC
My name is Liz Gasca and I am an Associate Marriage & Family therapist, supervised by Shannel Ezedi, LPCC (LPCC19030). I believe that healing begins with feeling heard, seen, and empowered. My approach is rooted in the belief that each person has the inner strength and wisdom to create meaningful change in their life. Together, we’ll explore your unique challenges and uncover your potential through a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space.
Clinical Experience
I work with individuals, teens, and families navigating a range of challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflicts, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals living with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. My background includes working in outpatient treatment setting with adults experiencing severe and persistent mental illness.
I support families, couples and adolescents in improving communication, resolving conflict, and building stronger, more connected relationships. Whether you're a teen navigating emotional overwhelm or a family trying to find common ground, I work to foster understanding and lasting change.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I tailor treatment to meet each client where they are, empowering them to discover their own answers and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about discovering your capacity for resilience, connection, and self-understanding. If you're ready to begin that journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
