Hi my name is Megan and I am an Associate Clinician Social Worker (ACSW116375), supervised by Channing Gredvig, LCSW (LCSW64651). I am passionate in helping people build resilience, develop self-compassion, and strengthen their sense of self.
Clinical Experience
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, blending evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. I am trained in EMDR through EMDRIA and often integrate it into my work to help clients process trauma, reduce emotional distress, and build healthier patterns of thinking and feeling. I also believe that healing can be deeply enriched through creativity and enjoy incorporating art and expressive techniques into the therapeutic process. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating issues related to Trauma, Self-esteem, Self-compassion, Anxiety, ADHD, Emotional regulation, and life transitions. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you feel seen, empowered, and encouraged to reconnect with your strengths and inner creativity at your own pace.
