Supervised by Gina Cabral, LMFT LMFT104556
Hello! I’m a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT148609), supervised by Gina Cabral, LMFT (LMFT104556).
I relocated from Melbourne, Australia, to San Diego in 2024 and am excited to now be part of this vibrant community. Outside of work, I love spending time in nature and am eager to explore as many US national parks as I possibly can. I also enjoy gardening, baking, puzzles, a good cup of tea, and spending time with friends and family.
As a therapist, I am committed to helping individuals (and their families) to better understand themselves, so they can best navigate the world around them and achieve their personal goals.
Clinical Experience
Before moving to California, I worked as a psychologist in Australia across private practice, school-based, and outreach settings. My work included therapy, psychoeducational assessments, and facilitating group programs and parent/school workshops — predominantly with those within the autism community. Since relocating, I’ve expanded my work to include adults and couples, and I enjoy supporting people through a variety of life experiences and transitions.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I strive to create a warm, affirming space where clients feel safe to be themselves and supported in expressing themselves authentically.
Areas I commonly support clients with include:
Navigating neurodiversity (including Autism and ADHD)
Anxiety (including OCD and Selective Mutism)
Self-esteem and confidence
Stress management
Depressed and Low mood
Building a meaningful, values-aligned life
Therapeutic frameworks I draw from include:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS)
