Supervised by Gina Cabral, LMFT104556

I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT135231), supervised by Gina Cabral (LMFT104556). I have obtained a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from National University and received my bachelor’s in Psychology from National University as well. As a therapist, I aim to assist my clients in bettering their mental health and reaching their full potential.

Clinical Experience

In my work as a therapist, I have provided mental health services to at-risk children, teens, and families. I have ample experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQIA population and marginalized communities. I collaborate with children and their families to build on connectivity to enhance their relationships.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, anger management, substance usage, and bullying. I utilize several modalities in my therapeutic approach, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, and Family Systems.

I believe a good therapeutic alliance between therapist and client is the strongest indicator of healing. Therefore, I am very client-centered and place great importance on creating a comfortable environment where individuals can dive into their healing journey.
